Consultation with suppliers is underway for the external refurbishment of the building. This investment will transform the appeal of the building and will provide a new modern look. The refurbishment will also improve the sustainability of the building by adding additional weather proofing and thermal properties. The material is a sustainable composite material with excellent stability and UV barrier protection. This proposal is part of our ongoing investment in the building and its infrastructure.
